Serving customers throughout Galveston County, League City, La Marque, Texas City, Santa Fe, and the surrounding Houston area

Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses + full benefits

As Automotive Service Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the shop while working directly with customers and the team to drive performance.

This is a working manager role, meaning you will actively help present and sell repairs, guide service advisors, and ensure the shop meets its sales and customer service goals.

You will help drive:

You won’t just be managing a shop.

You’ll be helping build the foundation for a multi-location automotive company.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys leading a team, driving shop performance, and being rewarded for strong results.

We are looking for leaders who want to help build something — not just manage a shop.

Lead and manage the service advisor and technician team

Actively assist with presenting and selling repair recommendations

Ensure repairs are presented clearly, confidently, and ethically

Drive shop sales performance and productivity

Maintain workflow and operational efficiency

Coach service advisors on sales and customer communication

Monitor shop performance and key metrics

Help implement systems and processes that support company growth

Operate with integrity at all times

• Automotive service manager or service advisor experience
 • Proven success in automotive repair sales and customer service
 • Automotive shop leadership experience preferred
 • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced shop environment
 • Understanding of automotive repair operations
 • Computer proficiency
 • Valid driver's license
