This is a position with a defined path to becoming a top-performing Service Advisor—one of the most important and highest-impact roles in the company.
You’ll work directly with our front counter team, learning how to:
- Communicate with customers
- Manage service workflow
- Build trust and relationships
- Present recommendations with confidence
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Experience
- Greet customers and create a strong first impression
- Assist with check-in and vehicle intake
- Help communicate services in a friendly, confident way
- Support advisors with updates and follow-ups
Front Counter Operations
- Answer phones and help schedule appointments
- Learn and follow our proven call-handling systems
- Assist with shop workflow coordination
- Maintain a clean, professional front office
Training & Development
- Learn Velocity’s structured communication and sales process
- Develop confidence speaking with customers
- Assist in presenting inspections and recommendations
- Progress toward managing your own customers
