Now Hiring – Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant
Motorwerks Inc – Mamaroneck, NY

Motorwerks Inc is looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic receptionist/customer service assistant to join our growing automotive repair shop.

This is not just a desk job. We are looking for someone who can help keep the front of the shop running smoothly while also assisting with social media and marketing content.

Job Duties:

Answer phones and greet customers
Assist service advisor with daily operations
Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
Help keep customer information organized
Assist with checking customers in and out
Take photos and videos of vehicles and shop activities for social media
Send content to marketing team for posting
Help maintain a clean and professional front office
Basic computer and communication skills required
Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Comfortable using phones, computers, and social media
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
Must be reliable and punctual
Being on time is extremely important

Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
