Do you enjoy Jeeps, trucks, off-road builds, suspension systems, aftermarket upgrades, and helping customers turn ideas into reality?
Barney Brothers Off Road & Repair is one of Western Colorado's premier off-road and automotive repair shops. We are growing and looking for a motivated Automotive Service Advisor who can deliver outstanding customer service while helping customers with repairs, maintenance, and aftermarket vehicle upgrades.
This is not a typical service advisor position. You'll work with customers on everything from routine maintenance to suspension lifts, wheels and tires, armor, drivetrain upgrades, and custom off-road builds.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and identify vehicle concerns
- Build estimates and repair orders
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Quote aftermarket and off-road upgrades
- Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Provide regular customer updates
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Deliver vehicles and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Help customers build vehicles that match their goals and budget
What We're Looking For
- Service Advisor, Service Writer, or automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Jeep, truck, and off-road experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized and capable of managing multiple customers simultaneously
- Experience with estimating and shop management software is a plus
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
