The Customer Service Representative Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who understands that first impressions matter. This role is the front line of the business and sets the tone for every customer interaction. You’ll be responsible for greeting customers, managing calls and messages, scheduling appointments, and supporting the service team to ensure a smooth, professional, 5 star customer experience from start to finish.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Greet customers in person and by phone while delivering a friendly, professional experience
Answer incoming calls and respond to texts and emails in a timely manner
Schedule and confirm appointments while collecting accurate customer information
Support the service team with intake paperwork, notes, and follow up communication
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment

Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
