About the Role:

Weber Automotive in North Olmsted, OH is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join their team! If you're passionate about cars and take pride in quality workmanship, this is your opportunity to turn that passion into a rewarding career with a shop that values your expertise.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic testing on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Repair and replace brakes, suspension components, steering systems, and drivetrain parts
Perform engine and transmission diagnostics and repairs
Utilize diagnostic scan tools and software to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems
Document all inspections, repairs, and parts used accurately in repair orders
Communicate vehicle findings and recommended services to service advisors

Requirements:

Prior experience as an automotive technician or mechanic required
ASE certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and shop tools
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs

Compensation: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
